We aim to have every project scheduled within 6 weeks of getting your approvals. When we can schedule your installation is dependent on where you live, the time of year as well as the complexity of the install.
We like you to be on site to meet your installer and go over the specifics of your design before we commence installation. If you have been approved for the Solar Victoria rebate you will need to present your QR code to your installer for scanning prior to starting work.
Our team will issue your invoice via email for you to pay. If you have organised finance for your project we will contact them to activate your loan.
